Toby Constantine (Founder) has 18 years experience in marketing. Toby has performed at the highest levels at a number of large media companies including News Corp’s News International where he was Marketing Director of Times Newspapers (The Times & Sunday Times) and Metro International where he was VP, Global Marketing and Research. Additionally, he has been involved in a number of start-ups including Talkcast Corporation and The Cloud (Europe’s largest WiFi service provider). Toby was an early pioneer in the mobile telecom services industry providing Mobile Marketing, ringtones and icons amongst other services to Vodafone, Orange and Diageo. Craig Barnwell (Founder) is an expert in using consumer insight to drive commercial performance. Originally working in the market research industry for consumer and business research Craig has spent the last 8 years focused on the media sector. Formerly Head of Business Planning at News International Craig has spent the last 3 years as an Insight Consultant advising media companies such as The Telegraph Group, Independent Newspapers and Metro International before founding Market Evolution. Giles Lenton is an independent Marketing & Research Consultant who acts as Market Evolution's Head of Qualitative Research. Giles was formerly Chairman and Joint Managing Director of Diagnostics – a full service market research agency, which he started with his partners in 1985.Giles started his career in research and facilitation in 1980 when he joined CRAM as a Sociology graduate from the London School of Economics. Giles Lenton supports Market Evolution's clients in the following three areas: Qualitative Research, International Research Management and On-line Research; Strategy Consultancy; Management session/workshop Facilitation. To ensure we deliver real and demonstrable value to our clients Market Evolution works closely with some of the best and most experienced brains in international business: Jeremy Phillips has worked for UK and international publishers and broadcasters since 1988. Jeremy brings both commercial and operational experience, having held senior sales and marketing positions for ITV, Eurosport, Express Newspapers and Metro International and independent production company Somethin'Else. In 2005, Jeremy was one of the founding partners of free daily buisiness newspaper, CityAM. Henry Scott is a leading US media executive having worked at The New York Times Company where he was vice president for New Media/New Products and most recently Metro International where he oversaw the launch in 2004 of Metro New York, New York City’s newest daily newspaper. Henry is Market Evolution's US operative enabling us to carry out client projects and insight services in the world's largest research market. Kim Fletcher has worked in the UK national media since 1981, moving from senior editorial posts to key managerial roles. Kim was Editorial Director and a main board member of Telegraph Group Limited and previously editor of The Independent on Sunday and deputy editor of The Sunday Telegraph. He gained top-level experience in digital media as Editorial Director of telegraph.co.uk, the internet arm of Telegraph Group.
