Giles Lenton (Head of Qualitative Research) was formerly Chairman and Joint Managing Director of Diagnostics – a full service market research agency, which he started with his partners in 1985.
Giles started his career in research and facilitation in 1980 when he joined CRAM as a Sociology graduate from the London School of Economics. Giles Lenton supports Market Evolution's clients in the following three areas: Qualitative Research, International Research Management and On-line Research; Strategy Consultancy; Management session/workshop Facilitation.
